Please join the Gerald R. Ford Institute for Public Service and Stirling Books and Brew in welcoming Pulitzer Prize-winning author Farah Stockman to the Bohm Theatre on Friday, August 26, at 7 p.m.
Stockman will discuss her latest book, American Made: What Happens to People When Work Disappears. A panel discussion will follow with Albion NAACP President Bob Dunklin, certified trauma and resilience coach for Starr Commonwealth Will Weeks, and director of the Michigan Economic Center John Austin. It will be an engaging discussion about challenges and opportunities facing Midwestern communities like Albion.
Books will be available for purchase at a post-event book signing. The event is free and open to the public.
