The Albion College Employee Resource Groups; BIPOC Network, LGBTQIA+ Network, and the Young Professionals Network are hosting a networking event at Seely-Berkey House March 23, from 4-6 p.m. Food and drink will be provided. All staff and faculty are welcome to come! These employee resource groups (ERGs) are volunteer, employee-led groups composed of professionals from across the College who come together based on shared interests, experiences and/or identities. ERGs work to create a more inclusive environment and sense of belonging for employees within the College while also remaining engaged with external communities.
