Call Renee Harlow, E&M secretary, at 629-0419, or e-mail her at rharlow@albion.edu to schedule an appointment. Appointment times are Tuesday and Wednesdays at 3:15 and 4:30 in Robinson Hall. A checklist of what you need to bring to your appointment will be e-mailed to you. Student volunteers will prepare and e-file Federal and Michigan tax returns for students, faculty and staff (who make $60,000 or less). They can also prepare Albion tax returns for mailing. This free service is also open to the greater Albion community. The Albion College Accounting Society is sponsoring this program under Professors John Bedient, Leah Parker-Roth, and Connie O’Brien. Students have completed and passed an IRS testing/training program called Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA).
