Stop by the Cutler Center Corridor Thursday, March 9 from 3-5 p.m. for cognitive behavioral therapy. We will have one of our counselors offering a fun engagement activity that features this popular modality used by therapists to support clients in understanding how thought patterns influence emotions and behaviors. After having an increased awareness of the relationship between thoughts/emotions/behaviors, this therapy is also used to identify, change and challenge unhelpful thought patterns that can have a negative influence on emotions and behaviors. This event is sponsored by Counseling Services and The Office of Integrated Wellness.
