To earn this badge, you will complete a Moodle course and apply the knowledge learned to write an effective diversity statement, a key component of job and graduate school applications. You will receive feedback on this statement to ensure you have a competitive statement for various applications.
Badge earners will understand the roles of race, ethnicity, sex, gender, and social class in an inclusive society. Earners will also understand the importance of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in colleges, universities, and places of employment.
