Retired Foreign Service Officer Tim Sears will be on campus Wednesday, Jan. 18, for a noon lecture. Mr. Sears will discuss his experience leading a team of architects and engineers to Nairobi after the embassy bombings of 1998 as well as the impact the bombing had on Nairobi and Washington. He is also able to share advice to those who are interested in working for the US State Department. His lecture will take place in the Ludington Center classroom and pizza will be provided. The event is sponsored by the Ford Institute.
