Musicians Wanted!

Did you play an instrument in high school? Are you missing music in your life?  Good news–the Albion College Symphonic Wind Ensemble could be your next great adventure at Albion College!  The ensemble seeks brass, woodwind, and percussion players who enjoy music and want to be part of a fun ensemble that meets twice a week–Mondays and Wednesdays from 4:15-6:00.  Don’t have an instrument anymore? No problem–the music department has plenty! No auditions are needed and you can audit this class if you want!

Friendsgiving with ISU

Join the International Student Union, the Curtis Institute, and the Office of Belonging on December 1st from 1 pm – 4 pm to celebrate a non-traditional Friendsgiving! We’ll be at the Umbrella House. There will be a diverse mix of international cuisine from around the globe (Indian, Brazilian, Ghanian, South African, Kenyan, and Lebanese). There’ll be some games too!

Thanksgiving Break HelpDesk Hours

The Albion College HelpDesk is open normal hours (8am-5pm) on Monday and Tuesday, November 25th & 26th. For your convenience (and festive IT needs), we are ALSO open on Wednesday, November 27th from 8am-noon.

If you are working during limited operations and need Helpdesk support, we will be answering the phone and available for in-person help. The campus might be lonely, but HelpDesk is here for you 🙂

Spring 2025 Applications Open for The ALBION PLEIAD!!

If you are interested in journalism and looking for a flexible and unique work experience, consider joining the Pleiad! We are a multi-media publication, run by students, that has been serving the Albion College community since 1883.

We are seeking dependable and curious students to join our diverse staff. We are accepting applications for part-time and volunteer staff writers and photographers. Students with a special interest in news writing, features writing and/or multi-media journalism should apply.

Applications will be accepted through Jan. 25, 2025.
