KC Post Office Holiday hours

The KC Post Office will be closed Wednesday, Nov. 22, Thursday, Nov. 23, and Friday, Nov. 24, for the Thanksgiving Holiday. The Post Office will resume normal Business hours Monday, Nov. 27. There could be a temporary closing on Monday, Nov. 28, in the afternoon to process packages that come in while the Post Office was closed. Thank You.

Delta Sigma Phi Breast Cancer Awareness Event

The brothers of Delta Sigma Phi are hosting a Breast Cancer Awareness event on Saturday, November 18!

The event will take place from 2–5 p.m. on the Quad and is welcome to all. We will have games to play and prizes to win! Shirts will also be on sale but there is a limited amount. We will be raffling prizes such as a student care basket featuring an Ugg comforter, a baking set, makeup sets and a chance to win much more!

We hope to see you there!

Ojibwe rapper SouFy to present and perform at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 16

SouFy, an Ojibwe music artist and co-founder of Michigan’s First Indigenous Music Festival is coming to Albion on Thursday, November 16. His presentation and performance, “Natives in the Arts: Design, Dance, and Powwow” will be held from 7–8 p.m. in Norris 102.

Truman Scholarship Info Session

The Truman Scholarship is a merit-based award for college juniors who plan to pursue careers in government or elsewhere in public service. Recipients receive up to $30,000 for graduate or professional school, participate in leadership activities, and have special opportunities for internships and employment with the federal government. If you are a sophomore or junior and are interested in learning more about this fantastic (and competitive) opportunity, please attend an information session Monday, Nov. 20, at 4:30 p.m. in the Ludington Center 1st floor classroom.  You can also learn more by visiting truman.gov
