We’ve been informed that some packages are being held at the city Post Office due to counterfeit postage. When this occurs, the city Post Office holds the package and issues a peach-colored slip to the recipient, indicating postage is due. To retrieve the package, you’ll need to visit the city Post Office with the slip and pay the required postage. The city Post Office can also show you the package if you need to contact the vendor before paying the postage.
If you’re expecting a package that hasn’t arrived, please check your KC box for one of these peach-colored slips. Keep in mind that the Post Office will hold packages for 15 days before returning them to the sender.
The city Post Office is located at the corner of Michigan Ave. and Superior St., across from the Citgo gas station. Their window hours are:

Campus Post Office and the Facilities receiving dock will be closed for deliveries Wednesday, November 27th through Friday, November 29th. Regular hours will resume on Monday, December 2nd. Due to the volume of packages we may receive on Monday, please be patient if the window is closed to allow staff to process the packages. If you need to order through Amazon, please consider using the locker pick up option, if available. Comasia is the name of the lockers and they are located at the Marathon Gas Station, 1512 N Eaton Street by the ramp to East bound I-94.
