Come inspire a teen: Volunteers needed for Teen Summit

In honor of Mental Health Awareness month Substance Abuse Prevention Services (https://sapsalbion.org/) will be hosting Albion’s first “Annual Free Teen Summit”. The event is open to all youth (12-18) in the Albion, Marshall, Homer, and surrounding areas and will be hosted here at Albion College. We are looking for volunteers, especially college student (or recent graduate) volunteers to help run lawn games (four square, ladder golf, lighting, cornhole etc.), join a leader to run a vision boarding session, help register students, help run a True Colors activity, and generally help students get from place to place (from Baldwin to the Science Center to the Quad etc.). The event runs from 10:00 am to 4:30pm but there are lot’s of shorter volunteer opportunities where you can just help out an hour or two. If you are interested and would like to know more, please contact Mareike Wieth at mwieth@albion.edu or text 269 248 1231.

Thanks for helping make a positive impact on a teen!
