October 4 will be holding a campus wide vaccine clinic. The Calhoun County Health Department will be in the KC from 9:00am – 3:00pm offering FLU vaccines as well as the COVID booster. This year CCHD has asked everyone to pre-register using this link. When you arrive please have your photo ID and insurance card ready.

This year we will be holding our 5th annual Walktober event. For anyone who is new to campus this is a month-long walking competition. You track your steps everyday and log them. We will have teams of two. This is open to all employees and students. Please use this form to sign up. After signing up you will receive an email with more information. Prizes will be given to the top 4 teams. Deadline to sign up will be September 30 at noon. Sponsored by the Office of Integrated Wellness.

The fall 2023 Great Lakes Colleges Association Virtual Career Fair will be held virtually TODAY, Tuesday, Sept. 26 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Handshake. Explore the possibilities with participating organizations by signing up for 30-minute group sessions and one-on-one 10-minute sessions in Handshake. History club is looking for students who have a passion for discussing, learning about, and participating in activities related to historical events and people every Tuesday at 8:30pm in Robinson 403. Our activities include doing jeopardy, murder mysteries, historical debates, analyzing the historical inaccuracies in videos, and presentations among other activities. The club covers a broad range of history from all parts of the world and across different time periods. It is a great way to have fun, expand your knowledge, and get to know new people. Also, the club is planning professionalization events like resume workshops and preparations for graduate school, which will take place this academic year.
