TouchNet authorized user issue resolved

In June, Google made a change to security settings that prevented authorized users with email accounts from receiving notifications, emails and attachments. Since then, TouchNet and Albion have been trying to fix the issue. It has taken much longer than expected. As of Sept. 20, both teams were able to resolve this issue. Student Accounting makes it a priority to provide the best experience possible when it comes to the billing platform. We apologize that we have been unable to provide this in the past few months.
